Usage and Biology

The plasmid pSIP403-PUS-xynA-xyl3A designed based on BBa_K4093006. However, we further added the xylanase xynA gene to the cloning recombinant vector so that it can be expressed simultaneously with the enzyme ccxynA to promote the degradation of xylosidase. The strategy of multi-enzyme will provide a new idea for improving the nutritional components in cereal and silage feed.
